Website Project Process
PROJECT ENQUIRY
Please fill in this simple online project enquiry form, this will give us a heads up about your business needs and how we can help. Include as much information as you can as this will also help in our initial meeting.
MEETING
Plan on an initial meeting to capture all the information needed to prepare a proposal. This doesn’t need to be too long… so plan on no longer than 2 hours.
PROPOSAL
We will prepare a proposal including a brief, timescales & investment needed. The proposal will require your approval to move to the next step.
PLAN
Once we have all the information we will create a plan or build a visual sitemap depending on your needs.
PROTOTYPE
We will build a prototype in the browser and you will be able to see the layout and functionality on the screen. At this stage there will not be any design elements but this will help you visualise where we are going.
DESIGN
This is the fun part where we will add design elements including your logo, imagery, fonts and any other graphics.
BUILD
You won’t want to know about this part… as most people prefer it when we come back to them with a real website !
LIVE
Your website moved to the live server and is visible to the world !
SUPPORT
We provide 60 days support following the live date where we can make any changes ( in line with the brief) or help to train you or your staff.
MONITOR
We will monitor your sites performance during those 60 days and ensure software is kept up to date and your site is secure.
HAND OVER OR CARE PLAN
After the 60 days support we can hand over the steering wheel to you or your staff or you can choose to stay with us on a monthly care plan for ongoing peace of mind.
